Epidermolysis bullosa acquire (EBA) is an antibody-mediated autoimmune blistering defect. Epidermolysis bullosa is a collection of 25 hereditary and non-hereditary stages which are responsible for skin and mucosal patches. These patches occurs on the hands & feet but also they may occur on any part of the body and thae scars remain as it is. Commanly EBA affect to the areas that easily get injured like hands, feet, knees, elbows etc. EBA is also related to mellitus, tuberculosis, or colitis. This is classified in three types that are simplex, junctional, and dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa. In animals, it found only in dogs.
