Endoscopic Plastic Surgery
Endoscopy is a newest surgical technique in which surgeons operate with fewer conspicuous incisions, reducing obvious scars. Endoscopic plastic surgery used in gallbladder removal, tubal ligation, and knee surgery. Endoscopy can also be used in some cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. During the endoscopic plastic surgery, the portions of the surgical tools such as forceps, scalpel and scissors are placed with the help of a unique opening tilt and are predisposed within the tissue. Disadvantages of endoscopic plastic surgery are skin damage and blood vessel damage.
Advantages of endoscopic plastic surgery
Advantages of endoscopic plastic surgery are decreased risk of sensory loss from nerve damage, bleeding, bruising and swelling may be significantly reduced.
Disadvantages of endoscopic plastic surgery

An endoscope consists of two basic parts:
- A tubular probe fitted with a tiny camera and bright light which is inserted through a small incision.
- A viewing screen, which magnifies the transmitted images of the body's internal structures.
