They can do their own make-up by knowing following things.
- Teen girls should be careful when choosing cosmetics first time i.e. depending on their skin type. They should start with simple and light make-up.
- Wash your face and moisturizer to make your skin smooth. For good make-up apply foundation first. Do not go for heavy foundation as they can be harmful to your skin. Use loose powder to cover the face. According to your natural skin tone, choose the correct foundation shade. You can take advice of make-up artist to choose a right color. Now apply the foundation evenly.
- If you have dark circles you can start with concealer before foundation. In case of acne problems, it is better to use it last. Concealer is mostly used to avoid unwanted blemishes appearing on your skin. Put it under your eyes to get a good effect. Now apply powder on the area again to blend.
- Form your eyebrows and eyelids with lighter shade of eyeliner than your than your eyebrows. Depending on day or night occasions, choose the right colors for eye shadow. Apply the eye shadow from inner to the outer corner of upper eyelid.
- Soft peach, coral, bronze, beige are some good options of eye shadow colors.
- Put a light layer of mascara to the top and bottom lashes in a zigzag motion.
- The teen girls with a natural pink tint on their cheeks, go for a bronzer to have a little more natural color to the face.
- Use a clear light lip gloss to finish up.

Tips for teenage make-up
Teenagers should take care of their fresh, young and clean look.
Avoid to use highly pigmented blushers.
Use eye shadow in place of heavy eye liner pencils as they are too harsh.

On special occasions, a powder or mineral foundation are good options while creams should be avoided.
